Training in your own QuickBooks file
Every session is personal, and you choose what we cover. Common topics include:
- Getting around: the dashboard, settings, products and services, customers and vendors.
- Invoicing and getting paid: estimates, invoices, recurring invoices, deposits and online payments.
- Bank feeds: connecting accounts, categorizing transactions, rules, and matching instead of duplicating.
- Reconciling: checking your books against the bank statement every month.
- HST: setting up sales tax correctly and preparing the numbers for your return.
- Reports: Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, aged receivables and how to read them.
Sessions can be one-on-one or for your whole team, in person or online over a shared screen.

Simple pricing
QuickBooks training is $100 an hour, for one person or your whole team. There are no course fees and no packages. Many owners get what they need in one or two sessions, and come back for a refresher when something new comes up, like hiring a first employee or registering for HST. HST is extra.

How much does QuickBooks training cost?
Training is $100 an hour for one-on-one or team sessions, with no course fees or packages. HST is extra. Most people need one or two sessions to get comfortable.
Can training be done online?
Yes. We can train you over a shared screen anywhere in Canada, or in person at our office at 83 Barrieau Road in Moncton.
Do you train on QuickBooks Desktop?
Our training focuses on QuickBooks Online. If you are on Desktop, we can help you move to QuickBooks Online and train you on the new file.
Can you clean up my QuickBooks file before training?
Yes. If your file has duplicate entries or unreconciled accounts, we can do a catch-up first through our bookkeeping service at $60 an hour, so you start training on clean books.
