The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing multiple clients’ social media profiles while executing effective marketing strategies tailored to each brand. This role involves developing and maintaining a variety of digital content channels, including—but not limited to—blogs, video content, trending social networking platforms, and online resource centers.

In addition to content creation and scheduling, the candidate will be expected to track performance and deliver comprehensive reports. This includes analytics, data presentations, and social media resource management insights that support client growth and engagement goals.

To succeed in this position, the ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong history of managing projects in fast-paced environments. The ability to deliver high-quality content across multiple platforms—on time, within budget, and without error—is essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of audience engagement strategies are also key to success in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan tailored for each client’s social media presence

  • Create engaging content that aligns with brand identity and increases online community engagement

  • Establish a consistent brand persona across all relevant online channels

  • Manage daily posting and interactions on social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries through social media channels in a timely, professional manner

  • Design and manage paid social media campaigns that generate leads and boost sales

  • Collaborate with influencers and complementary brands to expand social reach and organic follower growth

  • Produce compelling, high-quality content for campaigns, promotions, and ongoing brand storytelling

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of major social media platforms and their advertising tools

  • Strong project management and organizational abilities

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changes

  • Excellent analytical skills to track performance and optimize campaigns

  • Technical proficiency with social media tools and ability to learn new software quickly
