About the Role
This combined role looks after our clients’ online presence from start to finish. You will design and update websites, plan and manage social media for multiple clients, create engaging content and report on results.
Creativity, technical skill and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to manage several projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
Two Skill Sets, One Role
Website Design
- Create website designs and sample sites
- Meet with clients to discuss requirements and project progress
- Present draft sites and gather feedback
- Build websites that are user-friendly, effective and appealing
- Update and improve existing client websites
- Edit and retouch images for the web
- Keep up to date with new tools and web technologies
Social Media
- Develop a social media plan tailored to each client
- Create engaging content that matches each brand
- Manage daily posting and interactions on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and more
- Respond to customer inquiries on social channels
- Design and manage paid social media campaigns
- Track performance and deliver clear reports
What We Look For
- A portfolio of recent website or social media work
- Strong knowledge of the major social media platforms and their advertising tools
- Experience with WordPress, plus a basic understanding of HTML and SEO
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt quickly to change
- Creativity, attention to detail and clear communication
